Hey, I'm Samantha

I'm the maker & creator behind The RAWsome Cakery & Juicery.

I've been making raw treats & juicing regularly for 5-6 years which has gradually evolved into completely switching over to a fully plant based diet.

I'm passionate about what I do & I love nothing more than getting creative in the kitchen, experimenting with recipe ideas ... some work some don't but it's all part of the fun.

I used to own & run my own vegan coffee shop, The Naked Foodie, but after the pandemic I've scaled things back so that I can still do what I love but also spend more time with my children.

I have a Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Personal Nutrition, a Diploma in Food Intolerance Testing & I am currently studying to become a Natural Juice Therapist.
