Orders need to be placed by 5pm Wednesday for despatch the following Monday & products will arrive on the Tuesday.  Please provide details to 'leave in a safe space' at checkout if you're not going to be home for delivery.

All of our products are shipped in temperature controlled packaging designed to keep your goods chilled for up to 48 hours.  We use a local courier service at a flat rate of £7.50 (UK Mainland Only)!

As soon as your  sweet treats arrive please pop them straight in your fridge or freezer to firm back up, juices & smoothies need to go straight in the fridge & consumed within 3 days, can also be frozen.

Our packaging can hold 9 of our juices/smoothies with room for juice shots.

Orders need to be placed by 12noon on the day of delivery.

Deliveries are the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month between 6pm & 8pm, to the following postcodes:

NE1 - NE15

Minimum order of £15 with a £2.50 delivery charge.

If you live outside of these postcodes & would like a delivery please get in touch & we will see what we can do.

Collection is also available, by arrangement, from Forest Hall in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Select 'Collect in Person' at the checkout & we will email to arrange a mutually convenient date & time for collection.

Our products are made to order & we are unable to offer refunds or returns unless the products arrive damaged.

Any issues must be communicated to us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
